Form A

Definition: Form A is the court form used to apply for a financial order on divorce or dissolution.

Form A starts the financial remedy process, where the court helps divide money and property if you cannot agree. Most applicants must attend a MIAM first.

The court fee for a Form A application is £321. If you have already agreed, you usually use the £62 consent order route instead.
