C100

Definition: The C100 is the court form used to apply for a child arrangements order and other orders about children.

You use a C100 to ask the court to decide where a child lives, who they spend time with, or a specific issue such as schooling. Most applicants must attend a MIAM first.

The court fee for a C100 application is £270. A mediator signs the form to confirm you attended a MIAM or that an exemption applies.
